Jose francisco Cevallos - Pancho
José Francisco Cevallos (born 17 April 1971) is an Ecuadorian football goalkeeper. Cevallos now plays for Deportivo Azogues. He played mostly for Barcelona Guayaquil with a short spell with Once Caldas in Colombia. He played for the Ecuador national football team and was a participant at the 2002 FIFA World Cup. The obvious first choice for Ecuador, he started in 16 of their 18 qualifiers in 2002 and enjoyed a solid campaign. He has the confidence required to excel at the highest level having enjoyed a lengthy run between the sticks and he is one of the more experienced members of this side. Excels in the shot stopping department, though his distribution has been criticised at times when playing for his club side in Ecuador.
